About
A machine shop built around the drawing
PrecisionForge Manufacturing exists to make custom machined parts that match what engineers specify — and to make getting them straightforward.
Engineering teams need parts that fit, function and arrive when promised. Too often, getting a machined part means chasing quotes, guessing lead times and discovering issues after the parts arrive.
We work differently. Each RFQ gets a real review of geometry, tolerances and material. If something on the drawing affects cost or manufacturability, we say so before quoting.
From a first prototype to recurring production, the goal stays the same: accurate parts, honest communication and a process you can rely on.

How we work
Precision machining
We plan every job around the features that matter most on the drawing, and machine to protect them.
Custom manufacturing
Our work is built to customer specifications — not catalog parts. Each job starts from your drawing or model.
Communication
We ask questions before cutting metal. Clarifying tolerances, materials and finishes early avoids surprises later.
Quality-focused production
Inspection is part of the process, not an afterthought — in-process checks and final verification before shipping.
Prototype to production
Prototypes are machined with production in mind, so a proven process can scale into repeat runs.
